This is our most popular honey and Glenn's personal favorite. This honey was the first honey chosen for its natural smooth and creamy texture to be our first all natural honey. This honey has a light taste that isn't overwhelmingly sweet. In its semi-solid state it is easily spreadable and great on toast or a bagel in the morning.
Our all-natural honeys are processed without hear or filtrations and bottled immediately after the extraction process. Honeys that we call "All-Natural" are creamy in appearance, and solid rather than liquid, containing bits of pollen, propilis, and beeswax. You can place the jar in warm (90-100°F) water to soften, but avoid heating to clarify because the natural benefits may be lost.
Avoid refrigeration of honey - it dampens the flavor. Pure honey is naturally sterile and will not spoil. If any of the clear honeys granulate, simply warm the jar gently in a bath of warm water on the stove. Do not heat the water to more than 130°F, as the more you heat honey, the more the flavor diminishes.
